I can't believe that a player in his prime is going to China? I can't believe the scorn he seems to be getting either? He's an international regular who's been capped 50 odd times - whenever I've seen him play he seems to epitomise the ideal box to box midfielder, likes to tackle, can make a pass and has an eye for goal. Funny old game football.

Ramires? I can't get my head around that either - He's still a great player whenever I have seen him play. He's still only 28, must be money driven as it can't be for footballing reasons. £25m to play in what is still a developing league is frankly madness. He could play for any team in Europe and still be an asset.

I heard them discussing this on the radio, they were hinting he had gone broke or something like that so fair do's, he's entitled to earn a living even if it's a bit unfortunate for him maybe as a footballer in his prime

He was £65k a week, there's no way he's got money troubles, he's probably just gone because they offered him £100k a week.

It's not something you'd expect, a Chelsea first teamer going broke .............. it's certainly a strange one though, he's certainly too young to be put out to grass in China.
