Gaston Ramirez has signed on loan with Middlesbrough until the end of the season. I thought they were more in need of a goal scorer, rather than someone less prolific in front of goal.

He's not a striker, despite Bruce seeming to think he was, he's a creative midfielder, and I believe will tear this league a new arsehole.

This is really **** news IMO.

Brentford's James Tarkowski has issues a statement about why we wants to leave the Bees. His mother lives in the North and she has a serious and incurable illness. She is dying. Sad to hear and no wonder the lad wants to move closer to her.

Eric Black who left Rotherham Utd Monday has joined PL Aston Villa today as first team coach.

Swansea City now lead the fight to sign Palace striker Dwight Gayle. If that deal happens then expect Bafetimbi Gomis to leave the Swans.
 
LEEDS WANT McGEADY

Leeds United want to take Aiden McGeady on loan from Everton. McGeady is looking for more playing time to boost his chances of a starting place in Martin O'Neill's Republic of Ireland side for Euro 2016.

“Speaking to Aiden’s representatives, he may have options in the Premier League,” Evans said. “I do like Aiden McGeady but there has been no further chat with him in the last 10 days.

“But if he were to consider a Championship club then Leeds must be at the front of that thought process - we’re the biggest, most outstanding club in the league."

Fat boy slim may have been on the Stella this lunch time.

Shola Ameobi has offered to play for Bolton for Free. However that cannot happen as Bolton have a transfer embargo in place and his contract expired after last Saturday.

Two goalies who wont have pleased there previous clubs fans @ Newcastle and Blackburn. <laugh>

Lets see how true Mo was when saying he wanted to stick around and repay the club after helping him overcome his recent injuries? That said if he has a release clause and he decides he wants out wouldn't be the worse thing to happen if Brucey can put the money towards a proven striker?

Agreed. But Blackpool with Ian Holloway as manager also had that mindset. In the end it cost them dear as they did not close out games they were winning or drawing. But yes I do hope that Bournemouth stay up.

After last weekend Norwich City look desperate. Score 4 and still get beat at home after being 3-1 up. Norwich leak goals and wont always play against Liverpool's defence either. Aston Villa have gone and Norwich look like another IMHO. Who is going to make it a 3 some then ?

Key difference is that Bournemouth are supporting Eddie Howe big time, something that couldn't be said about Blackpool by comparison at the time
