Llallana swop with Lens - may happen and AL would become a legend here without doubt - Defoe to Sunderland for JA - no one predicted that - even drug addled heads - lol

    No chance. Absolutely no chance.

Give a bookie a ring and see what odds on Lallana to SAFC - give us all a laugh.

I Might be a bit too optimistic but not stupid to believe it'll def happen but like I said a cheeky bid may work

A cheeky bid? What do you consider a cheeky bid?

Bearing in mind Liverpool paid about £25mill for him not so long back.

Let me know what odds you got.. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Been linked on and off for a while IIRC.

Always been a very good player, would definitely take him.

Would work well in front of Catts & M'Vila.

It's realistic too I reckon. Eye for a pass and doesn't flap like girl playing football for the first time when he's on the ball.

I'm just humoring this idea for now...

Lens on current form is not worth any more than £5/6mill. That would leave a shortfall of about £8mill on Lallana given the figures you expect to pay.

If he's available he'll have better suitors than Sunderland.

I don't feel sure Short would fund this.

As much as I hate Liverpool, that's a joke surely? Just because the media get to writing silly stuff, it doesn't mean everybody else has to join in.

As for Rosicky, they've just fetched in Elneny who plays a similar role, Flamini is ahead of him also, I can see them moving on Arteta and Rosicky but maybe not until the end of the season, they're still in the CL and they need experienced players for that competition.

Why not try for both players now, would give Wenger something to think about and boost our chances of survival by about 50%, sign a loanee CB and play three at the back for the remainder of the season, and we could be OK. Tough shout but more realistic than AL from Liverpool imo.

Rosicky hasn't played for Arsenal all season & Arteta started 3 with 11 substitute appearances.

I'd guess they would like to keep ahold of Arteta for a bit of experience, sure he was club captain for a while or something.

Of course &massively helped us but AL not a Liverpool type player or Klopp's type JL is a fit on both counts - Does Klopp want him in an improved Liverpool ? I would say yes - certainly over AL - that's my view - probs not happen but football is a funny game - we'll see what BSA does before City game - deadline day jitters I fear though <doh>

Rosicky is 35 years old and has literally just come back from a 7-month injury layoff (played 45 mins for Arsenal u21s last night).

Shame, as he would be a decent option, but we need someone who can hit the ground running imo.
