Yeah, yours is/was poor at best. At least you've got a manager now who's buying his own players, that's the way it should be in my opinion. Football's trying to move away from that, with these stupid DoF's who think they're ****ing transfer wizards or something. Appointed by ****ing idiot businessmen who have no idea what is required to successfully run a football club. I'd love for somebody to shoot Woodward and put us out of our misery, he's the worst thing to happen to our club in my lifetime.
You lot will probably end up keeping him in a ****ing job for a few more months, pack of ****s. I hope we play Januzaj.
I read Zlatans book last week, he has some interesting opinions on Guardiola, make me think Pep is more likely to go to Utd than City. If what Zlatan says is true he would fail at City for sure but would probably do extremely well at utd. Basically Zlatan says that Guardiola can only coach "school boys" like Messi, Xavi etc... who have been at the club for years, player who turn up in the club track suit and drive the club car.... He cannot deal with big egos and players who have big personalities. He has had it easy like that at Barca and Bayern where the players have massive respect for the club and badge. Its like that at Utd but at City all players respect is money so I think he would struggle.
I truly hope you're wrong. If I could hand pick a manager for United, he'd be somewhere near the bottom of the barrel. Another manager who thinks philosophies are more important than football... Do you know what Fergie's philosophy was? Win games. Heynkes' Bayern pissed all over Pep's Bayern, a proper attacking football team that wasn't afraid to play without the ball.
I think he will keep trying for a full back on loan. Would definitely take Debuchy, but Santon is also available, I would take him too.
