Are Bolton going to get to the point of having to field a reserve team? What a mess to be in, feel sorry for the fans.

They've currently got 27 first team players, five of which (Pratley, Clough, Feeney, Davies and Trotter) are allegedly targets for other clubs and obviously they're under transfer embargo, so can't replace any that go.

and my Bolton chums reckon they still have players on c£35k a week!!!!! One ex Liverpool midfielder being a prime example!

West London Sport are reporting that QPR are bidding £1m for Bordeaux striker Enzo Crivelli, as a replacement for Charlie Austin, this combined with signing of Conor Washington would almost certainly put them out of the running for Bamford.

If Remy wanting out at Chelsea happens, hope this doesn't put a stop to Bamford moving out on loan to ourselves if that's potentially happening? Loan signing with an option to buy subject to promotion sounds like the best option out there at the moment for us

They are shafted. One of my good friends is a Bolton fan. They are selling all they can to keep afloat. It's not the fans fault that the club has been run beyond its means, yet they are the ones to suffer. Hope a buyer is found shortly.

Washington looked decent in his cameo appearance - great take down and pass for QPR player to smash into the post after being presented with a match winning opportunity.

Remy reportedly going on loan to Palace so if that happens maybe opens the door Bendtner wise? Bamford Bruceys first choice with Bendtner as a back up plan maybe?

I totally agree, and particularly as I will be sitting in the home end, as a good friend has invited me over to watch the game with him.

I assume you are good at sitting on your hands then John ? <laugh>

The Burnley game is certainly one game that IMO both Diame and Hernandez should sit out. I don't think that either much like that place.:emoticon-0125-mmm:
A bit like OLM and the Chinese Burnley pies ? <laugh>

So we've still not loaned anyone. Judging by all the other transfer goings on and prem clubs splashing the cash and avoiding signing players like Bamford because he's not a proven prem player! We could be in with a shout! I imagine Bruce is keeping a close eye on things regarding Bamford! Of all the names been 'linked' with us, I see him as the most beneficial.....and something tells me this will happen!

You could well be correct on this one. twt.

Steve Bruce had a good long chat with Jose Mourinho @ Fulham on Saturday. btw.

Patrick Roberts of Man City would be a brilliant player for Brucie to look into, used to play for Fulham and is meant to be the next big thing, I would imagine a few premier league clubs might be circling though.

Patrick Vieira has said that only 2/3 players in the Man City youth set up will play any serious part in the Man City first team. In saying that
Richard Wright gets paid £350k a season for doing nothing. Both just used for the British quota of players that Man City need. :emoticon-0101-sadsm
