Could be an "act in haste, repent at leisure" contract signing (more so given the time line) . But I suspect that unless you could prove undue duress, a judge will say that ALL THREE parties signed in sound mind and with time to do due diligence.
A defeat for Chelsea on Sunday could spell disaster for them. At the beginning of the season I noticed that Spurs were drawing but in those draws they were knocking on the door of victory each time being unlucky.
