Pissed isn't an excuse. Ban the **** for the following:- Obviously breaking the rules, regarding your name & his ****ing gormless posts. His refusal to stop been dosile ****. The fact he appears to be a Spurs supporter. The fact he didn't know who The Specials were. His threats to posters. His continuous pithy comments about spelling & grammar. His, not even remotely funny, jokes. Truth is they're not jokes. He's a racist. His suggestion that his grandchildren reading poster's profanities would give the poster "a hard on" His hypocrisy. Lets not beat about the bush, the man's a ****, he offers nothing positive, he offers nothing City related, he creates disagreements, he seriously believes himself to be superior, he doesn't do banter or piss taking, he's critical of most posters & isn't happy with the manner in which the board is run. **** him off, the man's a waste of space ****tard, clown shoe mong & he's gonna get totally ****ed off, stamp his feet,, cry like one of the school kids he's used to abusing & suggest I'm a liar & fantasist when I post from the exotic Portugal next week.

Good to see someone with similar blue sky thinking. I believe the East Stand was built with some extra strengthening incase an extra tier was put on so that would obviously be the sensible roof to put something on.

But in that connexion, please will you explain about personal details, because my description of Chris Chilton is information entirely in the public domain. It cannot be classed as private, at least not in the legal sense. So what does personal mean? And please can you confirm this applies only to people who post on here? Since Chris Chilton apparently doesn't post on here, is it a transgression to mention where he lives? And how are we to know that Chris Chilton doesn't post on here using a pseudonym? I take it the transgression you warn of would be to equate pseudonym with real name.
Posting about a City player on a City message board is quite obviously fine, posting another posters real name, his date of birth and his parents names will get you banned, it's not ****ing complicated.

No, it's not complicated provided we wear blinkers. But what if we bring the Universal Declaration of Human Rights into the debate? Article 19. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. I'm no legal eagle, but are there grounds whereby the owners of this website may say "though your information is correct and you do not contravene British law, you may not state it here"? Isn't that censorship and a breach of a person's rights? I can readily see your point, but people's names, their date of birth and their parents' names is not private information. Neither are their addresses. It is all available to the general public, not least here on the internet. Wouldn't it be more civilized to censure people for being abusive or offensive to each other while hiding behind pseudonyms? Isn't that the reason behind the policy of not disclosing the information to which you object in the first place? Of course, in practical terms if you prevent someone from posting on here they'll probably not contest it. Maybe next time I'm near Hyde Park I'll start a barney about freedom of expression.
If posters on here were identified, there'd be none of us left. We all hate each other so we'd all have been round to each other houses and kicked **** out of each other. I think I'd be getting a knock on the door 3 or 4 times a day.
If you don't like the rules of the forum, there is a simple solution. **** off somewhere else and play. It really is that simple.
