I think we need to judge Tony Fernandes over 10-15 years.

Too easy to forget the positive stuff he's done for the club.

No better chairman since Jim Gregory.

Well he's already had either a half or a third of the time you have allotted and we're worse off than when he started. The most positive thing he's done so far has been not to ask for his money back, but that might change with the outcome of the FFP case.

Feel free to fill in the gaps. What good has the bloke done? I'm not doubting he has some good intentions though I think his primary motive was to be a marketing tool for his other businesses, but what tangible benefit has TF's influence had for QPR?

Please tell us what you base this FACT on & what criteria you have used to state it as a definite.

Not that the standard of ownership has been great since Jim Gregory, but David Bulstrode IMO leaves all others trrailing miles behind.

I would be very interested to see what you believe TF has achieved to have improved the club. I expect you will mention paying off some of the debt. However, it is still higher than when Tune (TF is just the figurehead) bought the club.

So he's cleaned up some, but not all, of his own messes. I'm not really bothered what division we are in right now but I want to see the infrastructure put in place to give us the best chance of punching above our weight. That side of the club has been neglected. What would Cesar's or Park's wages pay for in facilities at our below par training ground?

All of the submission from sku is purely his interpretation & is open to debate on whether this has been of benefit to the club.

Sku & yourself obviously believe that TF is a great owner. Others (including myself) believe that our owners are only here to futher the profile of their companies.

Only time will tell which of us is correct.

I still stand with my view that Bulstrode was a far better owner!

No, I am not saying he is a "great owner". I'm just not of the opinion that he is as bad as some seem to suggest. Clearly as Watford says from where we were when he took over to where we are now is not good. His tweets like today's seem to be written by a clown. His decisions on the football side have been mostly terrible, I was one who was totally føkked off with his sacking of Colin after a 3 month period when we were 9th in the PL, and Austin's sale today could have been done so much better. But much of it has been caused by good managers and players under achieving at us, and is not necessarily all his fault. As Sku wrote so well there have been upsides, and other Chairman around do a lot worse.

I wasn't against Warnock's sacking at the time to be honest but you don't want him acting like a passionate fan or a petulant child and he seems to always be somewhere between the two.

In 2014 he was saying that we would have a 40,000 seat stadium by 2018. I doubt we'll even have a new training ground by then.

He also confessed to never having practised or looked at the disaster procedures that had to be used after the Air Asia plane went down.

Everything seems to be made up on the spot. OK it's his money and his club, but I have to put up with the embarrassment and occassional humiliation of being associated with it and for genetic reasons I can't just walk away.
