That'd be right - was in Bergen a few years back for work and had to stay over for a weekend. Found a pub which showed premier league games and there were easily 200 Liverpool fans in there. Once their game had finished the same number of Arsenal fans came in. There was also a Tottenham supporters club in the high street!

I suspect what happened was that Liverpool lost their game and it was the same 200 people only they'd gone out and bought an Arsenal shirt in between the games.

I don't think a guy in a Spurs shirt manning a hot dog trolley really qualifies as a "supporters club" though.
