Haven't been able to watch it so I'll take you word for it! But that is two games in a row now...He's played well today so far, it's Romeu that's been sloppy. Unfortunately the one mistake he's made has been the one that's been punished.

I do hope Seager gets a run-outIt's his one mistake. Romeu has made a ton.
We're not losing because of the formation, but because we don't have a great goalscorer around the place. Palace have had two chances and no corners that I'm aware of. Admittedly only listening, not watching so hard to tell.

I'm here, it only seems like Davis, long and mane are allowed to attackWe've been playing well and creating chances? Going by the commentary anyhow. You can't plan for all these ridiculous sloppy mistakes.
But making a decision on him for one mistake rather than his all round performance is bizarre. Romeu has made way more sloppy errors today.

Clasie mistake then! Well worth the money! And he's keeping an academy boy out the side!
Don't you realise that we only have two players in the pitch capable of scoring in open play (other than certain players that score once in a blue moon) and don't have a proper set piece taker on the park (so unlikely to score from one)? It makes it difficult to score even if we are on top. Palace are always happy to give the opponent more of the game anyway, they love to play on the counter. We need to revert to a back four at half time.
Problem is do we have any goalscorers on the bench, arguably the problem all season has been the lack of goalscorers in our squad and after Pelle we are threadbare, which is surely an issue of our purchases.

What decision have I made about him based on one mistake? Like I said I'm not watching, so it is impossible for me to base it on his all-round performance. But making a decision on him for one mistake rather than his all round performance is bizarre. Romeu has made way more sloppy errors today.
Bring on Seager and let him have a go - we got nothing to lose - not now at leastExactly. Not like we can bring on Messi and Ronaldo.
We don't have many goal scorers correct. So why leave Tadic on the bench (to create chances for Mane, Long or score himself) and play such a negative system? This negative system requires JWP to start really, at least then we have a proper set piece taker. And it requires a gun striker that's in red-hot form. And it's already not worked again Palace less than a month ago.
According to the stats we've had zero shots on target so far.
It does sound like we are playing okay, but it's just the lack of clear-cut chances. I agree with tintin, unless Tadic is being rested (which is a possibility) I just can't understand why he isn't on. He and Mane are deadly when played on either wing. Pretty negative from Koeman again to be honest.
