Mathias Ranegie is free to leave the Hornets this month despite the striker planning to return to the club next week, the Watford Observer understands. The 31-year-old is currently in his native Sweden after the completion of his 11-month loan spell at Chinese second division side Dalian Aerbin. Ranegie hasn’t played for Watford since April 2014 and, despite having a year and a half left on his contact, his future lies away from Vicarage Road.
