If Elmo goes hopefully we will get a decent fee for him. Snodders will hopefully be fit enough to step into the gap.Curtis clearly hasn't been happy for some time, but I can't see us letting him go without having a replacement lined up - we are short of centre halves as it is with injuries to Daws and Jr.
Southampton have recalled Jack Stephens from his season long loan at Boro, hardly surprising, he got even less game time than Hayden.
I've always championed Elmo, but he's slowly stopped trying to beat his man, not sure if his paced has dropped off or he is just being a tad lazy, if we got a decent fee for him I'd not be too fussed. I'd much prefer to see Dave there and a decent left back in place (like Rosey), not that Dave hasn't been but I feel he's wasted back there, every time I saw him for Brentford and he played in Elmo's position he was class.
Presumably you mean right back? Assuming Elmo goes, Dave will stay where he is, Snodgrass will play in place of Elmo.
Aye, OLM, I've detected your humour , although I think he would be far more positive in his selections if he thought of fullbacks as defenders (who will push up) and wing-backs as attacking wide midfielders who can defend, just as the defensive CM does and to a lesser extent attacking CM and (even less) forwards. But that would need a positive mindset, in this big tricky league we're in ...
I've got more pace than Ryan Taylor, he's not going to get considered to play anywhere and he'll be gone at the end of the season.
Red Star Belgrade midfielder Marko Grujic has arrived in England for a medical ahead of his £5.1m move to Liverpool.
No, we got a Siemens fridge freezer from Hanson electrical. Same day delivery on the 29th December. Very good service too. Your point being?
