Gotta give it to him, he knows what he's talking about!Ranieri prefectly summing up why leicester are probably going to find this half of the season harder work.
'Sometimes everything is right but now some things are wrong.'
They need 32 points from 18 games to reach 40.As it was, they crumbled again against a poor Sunderland team. They must be done, already.
Peps looking for an English club! They need 32 points from 18 games to reach 40.
10 wins, 2 draws, allowing 6 defeats
9 wins, 5 draws
8 wins, 8 draws
7 wins, 11 draws (unbeaten for the rest of the season)
All of those are a massive ask. Even if they do three times as well in the second half of the season as the first half, 32 points will leave them well short.
He'd be a good signing if he's happy and playing.Changing topic slightly - I see the Owls want to keep Hooper - http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic...xtend_stay_with_sheffield_wednesday_1_4365558. Some goal by Ross Wallace.
Perhaps that will fend off transfer rumours!!vardy out for two weeks.
I think they will. I think they would be mad to move. Even if they finish top half of the table, they will still be highly fought for in the summer. Think Mahrez could play for like a Man U or Arsenal. Not sure if he would get many games for Man City or Chelsea. Vardy, I think, more for a team like Spurs, Liverpool, Everton.Perhaps that will fend off transfer rumours!!
Edit - I have seen somewhere that Ranieri is hoping to hold on to both him and Mahrez. Let's see if they are still there 4 weeks today.
I'm not sure how well they'd fit into another team, as they benefit from the tactics that Ranieri uses and I agree that they wouldn't get to play as many games if they moved to one of the top 4/6 teams.I think they will.
