Campbell is undoubtedly an upgrade on our current forward line. Those who claim otherwise are letting distant history cloud their judgement. FC would be a splendid signing.
FC would be a good loan signing, and along with Hernandez would give us two proven strikers, not enough but a step in the right direction
Would pass on Campbell, he gets injured too much anyway even if he is as good as he was, which he most likely isn't.
I thought this couldn't possibly true so googled a list of Norwegian footballers and it is, couldn't find one with a bad attitude. Did find one with a funny name though Odd Wang Sorenson
Sounds like the usual lazy journalism, Showroom was happy with him, doesn't mean the new guy is interested!
He's dead. Interesting story actually, scored 5 in one match for Norway yet probably nobody in England up until now has ever heard of him. R.I.P Odd Wang
We've had a £1.5m bid rejected for Rani Khedira from Red Bull Leipzig in Germany, if Twitter is to be believed (it isn't). RBL are mega rich and are on course to be promoted to the Bundesliga, not sure we could lure him away. He'd be a hell of a signing though, if true.
Sami Khediras brother. Not sure if I agree with you on this one Sterling, can't see him being any better than what we have although he has age and potential on his side
Snodgrass still has enough time to get his match fitness fully sharpened and be as good a signing as any we may or not get Imo.
Campbell Since he left us seven & a half seasons ago he's played for four different clubs. He managed 141 appearances in this time. He's scored 24 goals in the same period. 13 of these goals were for Cardiff, in the 48 appearances he made for them. The other 11 goals came from 93 appearances. He's appeared 5 times for Palace this season, scoring 0. He can stay away for me.
Yeah right. I bet you're still watching re-runs of Skippy at peak time, and the Bay City Rollers still top the Aussie charts.
He's not been prolific, the only thing extra he would bring would be the ''hassle defenders'' element that is missing from Akpongs game - I hope our loanee was watching and learning from the Preston loanee, Will Keane, he hassled our centre-backs from the first to last whistle.
