Bull. There are some arses on the force but the vast majority are decent people doing a fantastic job

I never said there was not decent people on the job, not that this should go on and on but I can gie you a bucket load of examples of good cops being shut out for being honest and standing up, I in a follow up aid they are being forced out.

No one is supposed to cross the thin blue line.

unfortunately when a cop does good work and they do, but then they let a another cop plant a weapon ona body.. are they still good cops?

The best cops know and talk to the people they police.

Because Corbyn is a party leader now.

Why should we call on God to "save" any one?

Surely, if we want to sing to God to save anythng, it ought be respect, honour, humanity, love?

No wonder we're finished as a World power.

But, at least, we have the mighty Spurs to save England's blushes. Thank God for that, eh, lads?

Reactions: Spurlock
He's turned attacks upon the pepertrators and the links with their twisted version of their faith as attacks upon himself and his shared faith (though unarguably different interpretation). He's then elevated his experiences as being some sort of victim with our society.

Come on, keep up. You may or may not agree with that interpretation of the discussion, but you'd be ****ing hard pressed to make a case that I or any other poster have said he 'supported' the terrorists.

He's not 'turned' anything though. Everytime you've attacked the perpetrators (ISIS) he's not disagreed. However he has taken offence to derogatory remarks or attacks on his religion as an attack on him. He's sought to defend his faith, perhaps sometimes in rather rash terms and even with some poor comments (though he's not the only one - on both sides - so I dont see why certain ppl are criticising him for that yet have done the same). But that doesnt mean he sees himself as a victim of those attacks. Personally I thought that was a bit of a cheap shot tbh.

Ah Hiag you naive soul. According to the popular Islamic conspiracy, Britain, still pulls all the strings. Then something about Jews and Zionist plans.

Its all very wishy washy.

Yes, they must be confusing us with the time when we were called "Great Britain," before we became simply a United Kingdom.

They can't all be Jim Gordon.

no, but there are by ar too many bad apples that the good cops turn a blind eye to.

Is a cop who does good work but allows other cops to commit crimes a good cop?
I can certainly understand the difficulty in being in sucha position, whichs is why the bad apples can get away with ****
