Hark at billy big bollocks , you have started the season well but could slide dramatically , not saying you will but wind your neck in , your not established yet far from it one season of struggle and a good start and you think your it , keep harping on about your reserve team last night but not one has mentioned the fact we made countless changes to.

Thanks for those words or wisdom. we all said it was a reserve game for both sides last night. Well done. your reserves DREW with our reserves, then scored 1 penalty more than us. Well played, deserved, fair play etc etc. Now back to the Championship. enjoy..

not at all, but I can see what it means to your lot, not having ever reached the QUARTER FINALS before woo hoo <laugh>

Remind me, when was your last cup final?

Most City fans are more bothered about the MK Dons game on Saturday, and Steve Bruce clearly is given the changes he made, but if being pleased we won is worthy of ridicule then do go on. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Fair play to Hull and it is a good achievement for a Championship club to make the quarter finals like we did the year we went up

Hull have grown massively as a club over the last 10 years were no one even considered them to be a championship club before the built the KC Stadium

We on the other hand have achieved success in the Premier League so on that scale Hull and Leicester are at different levels. Hull are trying to reach our level and were trying to push on from that

But football is a funny old world. Who would have thought years ago Hull would be a better club and achieve more success then the like of Leeds and Forest

So credit to Hull

Think you need a history lesson Proud, we've spent most of our existence in the second tier.

Please don't try and flatter yourselves. You've had a great start this season, and congratulations to you, but we're certainly not trying to emulate you.

A terrible season rescued by a great escape and a terrific start to a season isn't what we're after.

We'd like to emulate a side such as Stoke/Swansea/Palace who have properly established themselves, as I would suggest you would too.

If your comments regarding Leeds & Forest are in regards to the last decade you can add your good selves to that list.

Hull just don't have the infrastructure, location, or fan-base to ever establish themselves in the Premier League a la Stoke, Swansea, Southampton etc.

Must just be boring knowing that you'll never really amount to much.

We have a huge catchment area and no decent club within about an hours drive of us in any direction.

Like I said, if that's how you feel, you'd best find a new club.

Personally, I'd suggest you don't really understand what being a football fan is all about.

This is all very boring and I think I can sum up. Both clubs have similar
Stadiums and fan bases and catchment areas as we are the only club in Leicestershire and Hull in East Riding. Both probably have similar ambitions but we are slightly ahead on the scale but we should enjoyment whilst it lasts.
As for last night, our reserves had a bad night and Hull's played well. It looks like they deserved the win but it was hardly convincing on penalties. Good luck in the next round Hull, we'll concentrate on the league thank you very much and have a crack at the FA cup. For the record though, I wish we had gone for it last night as I think we could have been contenders
For the cup but oh well, we move on as should this conversation

John, don't try to have a normal conversation with a Hull fan, I've heard that it's never been done.

You'll only be wasting your time.
