Wednesday charged 30 quid for their game last night for pass holders. Our game was free for our season pass holders, plus the last two rounds. At 15 quid a game for 3 games that takes our cheapest pass to below £490.

Which was precisely what I started by saying. <doh>

It doesn't mean that at all. No matter how you want to spin it. By that logic, we make one seat available for £1 a season, and all the rest £800, we become the cheapest club.

Some of the anti-club stuff on here is seriously tedious.

You can do alsorts with numbers.

We should do it properly, then. How many season tickets were Fulham selling at that top rate? And how many at lower rates? And the equivalent figures for City?

After that I want to see means and medians. No slacking!

I totally agree, I pointed out some of the flaws in the original article when it was posted, but like on other issues, people seem to like the version that seems to show the club in the more negative light.

Actually I don't, and neither do you. All that is known is what he put, which was wrong.

It was as wrong as when others made the same claim, or at least tried to imply it.

Spin like that is just counter productive.

Spin like using an absolute tiny amount of season tickets in Fulhams corporate area directly behind the dugout?

You're highlighting the point I was making. You can do just about owt with numbers Ta. <ok>

For me, the issue is much more about putting prices up 6% following relegation and pissing off fans for two years, than it is about what other clubs charge.

Having a higher entry price point than any other club is just typically bad PR.

That may well be, but that is a different argument to the one being made.

Was West Upper empty cos there seemed a lot more than 18500 to me, didnt look like 6000 empty seats.

Can someone put the highlights up, ta.

It's great as a season ticket holder having 'free' games. Mid week games are a ****ing pain in the arse to get too, so I'd prefer to have a cheaper season ticket and pay for cup games as and when I can attend, rather than a backhanded discount.
