Another negative - Mouriniho could be sacked after tonight's loss for them so we could face Chelsea with a competent manager...
Normally I'd agree ed ... but this season the priority has to be to secure our Prem survival as soon as possible ... it's a positive that we didn't get beat in normal time but more important, hopefully, that we haven't picked up any knocks to the likes of Vardy, Mahrez and Drunks ... hopefully we can have a bit of an FA Cup run on the back of some more points in the bag ....
Thanks for the practice lads. Honestly never expected Jak to be the hero. Sure as **** didn't expect Mahrez to be the one who helped him. Maybe he felt bad about the offside goal? Good luck in the league. Genuinely happy to see you mixing it up at the top.
Yep , tho If, If If.... We'd started stronger then subbed, if, what a word, the biggest word in the dictionary IMHO ! Again tho , fair play to Hull City !
Yep well done to Hull now go on and win it!! Just gets worse for Jose doesn't it. Haha love it Looking forward getting back to the importance of the Premier League on Saturday. Bring it on
Had Schmeichel been in goal I would have fancied our chances of winning But fair play to Hull and good luck in the next round As for us its a shame but not the end of the world. Credit goes to the keeper for saving Mahrez's peno. Their wasnt a bad peno in the shootout. Gokhan Inler's peno was superb
Not one to come and gloat but your fans deserve it. I feel so sorry for them, they all come and they thought it would be easy and soon shut up after our equaliser. Credit tho it was a good bit of fan banter I've seen at home for a long time (your left/right side) our north/east stand, it was great atmosphere it really was
Despite the best efforts of the ref, the best team won, we were the better team from start to finish and in every area. You'd better hope you don't lose too many first teamers, your second string aren't up to much, particularly that useless bald lump of a centre back. I felt a bit sorry for that young lad making his debut at left back, we'd obviously set up for Diame to torment him, I thought he did okay under the circumstances. Your lads were in good voice though, good support for midweek cup game.
Thanks OLm. Then again, the same team beat a near full strength West Ham in the last round so they are capable. Probably for you lot to take credit for maybe making them have a bad game but definitely doesn't mean they're terrible. Let's hope you know out Wendy in the next round! On another matter, who is that twat on your match thread claiming he'd have rather lost if it meant Vardy got his leg broken? (I think that's what it was trying to say anyway). Is 'it' (not giving it gender status) a fan of yours? If so, it is an embarrassment
Good luck to Hull in the competition from now on. Shame really because I think if we'd started with Schmeichel we'd have won it. Absolute shambles of a goalkeeping display. Nice to hear good reports on Chilwell. Might be time to loan him out.
