You're close enough Ak. both a rape and a lathe are subdivisions of a county - the rape being equivalent to a castle, a forest and a river (there were 6 of these in Sussex) - the lathe is the same in Kent. A Yoke is a smaller unit between a hundred and a lathe (also found mostly in Kent). They would all be found in the Domesday Book. Over to you.
