Your fans heaped abuse on him all day, plenty players do it but for some reason Sunderland hold a grudge towards McClean. The board today was full of McClean and Shearer vitriol which as far as I know neither play for Sunderland, maybe take your ire out on your own team and management, just saying.
Our board was also full of black and whites. Funny that when Newcastle were playing?

For the same reasons Roy Keane did or Vieira etc. Hot headed and cares about the club. The game was over and McClean goaded fans that used to pay his wages. He truly would be nothing without SAFC. He doesn't owe us anything but he should have some respect

Sorry mate, my point wasn't really made on my last comment, I guess LC just irks me a bit, he'd be forgiven of his antics if he was actually a good player but he just seems to be all huff and puff like Scott Parker. He's been the mainstay 'lynch-pin' in your team of underachievers for the last few seasons now and as a neutral he just looks like he's a wannabe hard man with a shortfall in ability.

Admittedly, I've not watched all of your games but I'd imagine seeing M'Vila on the pitch has woken some people up to Cattermole's flaws as a footballer.

Anyway I'm back at the grind stone tomorrow, the last thing I want is an argument about how good Cattermole is with you. We can agree to disagree <ok>

Absolutely - and absolutely on M'Vila as well - truly next level footballer - he's a United level of player IMO!! I like Cattermole as he has something about him to bring the team on - he's improved massively as a footballer over the last 2 seasons then, at the start of this one, took about 50 steps backwards towards where he was pre--Poyet! Looks much better the last few games but he'll never be the level of quality that M'Vila has! I want to sign him in January so we can at least profit from him come end of season as there will be big boys knocking on the door for him!

I think M'Vila would be a good fit for Arsenal, they'll win **** all until they realise Jack Wilshere is made from *** ash and they need a real enforcer in there that they can rely on. For United, we'd need somebody like that for maybe one or two fixtures in the season, our 'philosophy' is nothing like it used to be under Fergie.

If you get a full season out of him, I think he'll probably get some more 'attractive' (money probably) offers in the summer, unless you have a pre-arranged deal to secure him permanently.

It's good to see him back on his A-game, he'll be back in that France side if he keeps up the levels he's producing.

We have to have a pre-arranged fee and contract terms but, if Arsenal come in with an offer he's not going to sign for SAFC! I'd offer his parent club £10m in January and offer him £50k a week on a 4 year deal (not my money mind!) and then, at least if he does get a better offer, we can get our money back and then some - he is every bit a £10m+ player from what he's done so far!

Sounds good on paper but a £10m deal would have a relegation release clause in it no doubt and you could end up with the Remy/QPR situation.

The good thing is, Euro 2016 is just around the corner so players like him will be looking to make a mark.

You shouldn't be focusing ahead of this season, you know Big Sam will know the exact players he needs next season if he keeps you up, if you don't get M'Vila you'll get some African tank in with a head the size of a tractor.

Aye but relegation release you can set a minimum fee so you ensure you get the money back And I agree with every word you say!!

Be an interesting one mate, if you can do the deal in Jan then I'd imagine it'll be already done, you've seen enough of him to put your chips on the table nice and early to beat the queue.

Be interested to see how he gets on in your derby. I won't get to watch it though, as I'll be on my way to our derby!

I hate the kick off times - I'm all for the Sky Sports and stuff as it has brought some fantastic footballers to the premier league but having a game back to back with the manchester dxerby (which I always try to watch) and then having to have a 4pm game too is stupid IMO! SHould have ours at 1 and yours at 4 so the fans that go to ours get chance to get back and watch all of yours instead of missing most of it!!
That said, if we win on Sunday I won't really care about watching anyone else!!

Thursday night football mate innit, that needs scrapped altogether.

I normally try to watch your derby, if it's on tele, but like you say, I'm not too fussed, it'll maybe be on in the club before the match anyhow.

Last word on subject,to the lad in the stands on Saturday,to the lad hopes he runs into him in Birmingham and gives him a hiding and to the lad that hopes Cattemole breaks his legs,McClean wrote in the match day program(w.brom v s'land) on his stance about the Poppy which has been thrashed out here for the last 3 years. The lad is brave and honest and should be commended for it and at least he's not hiding behind his bedroom PC.

ps Anyone read his piece in program?

I have so much work to do today, I shouldn't be on here, but had to see what you had to say for yourself after last night.

**** knows where she gets the energy from.

Showing yourselves up there lads.

Why because you're not impressed? Wonder if everybody spares a though on your opinion when posting on their own boards. What do you think?

People can post what they want on here fella. We don't have to agree with each other but we respect each others rights to think what we want. Never judge a man until you've walked a mile in their boots. There's ex service men who've seen their friends and colleagues shot in that war. A war McClean wasn't even born in. They've just a right to hold a controversial opinion as young master McClean. Clearly you can't handle it so why are you even here if it upsets you? Soft cock. You're out of your depth.
