If McClean is so principled why is he here?

So high and mighty but money wins.

Shouldn`t he still be in N Ireland if it`s so important?

Brilliant. Just proves my point. Cheers fella. Your mind is made up and you won't listen to any reason, you want tell others they're wrong but won't let yourself be challenged in an arena of opinions. Showing yourself up.

Read your post, don't remember any war.I do remember British Gov, classing all as criminals and British army as a policing force.I take it that's what you mean.

Well that depends which way you look at it. I don't pretend to know the ins and out of the politics, but I do know people from different sides have their own opinions from their own experiences and that should be respected. In other words, you're just showing the same ignorance you're accusing others of having, just because you don't agree. But instead of discussing it, actually having the balls stand up for your beliefs with integrity and pride, you're leaving one lined generalised comments taring everyone with the same brush. You're just has bad as the people you're labeling. The fact you retort with such childish labeling proves you're out of your depth on this board.

Out of interest, we you directly effected by this conflict? Because some on here were, not out of their own choice. They were just doing their job, what ever you think of the politicians and their decisions. You don't have to agree, but man up and discus it instead of leaving snide mag like spineless comments. You're not doing right by yourself or the irish people. Man up. Everybody has the right the right to believe in what ever they like on this board.

This from a man who's believes Poppies should not be on football shirts at all.

Jaysus, get a grip man.If O'Shea gives it the big one on Sunday I'll call him all the names under the sun but still roar his name on the 15th of Nov.

ps It's not what I believe in that's the issue,it's James McClean's beliefs that I'm defending and stay off the sauce till Sunday at least, just saying

He can defend his own beliefs. Half the problem with this planet is people getting offended on others behalf. You do this and add sweeping comments. You're every bit as bad as what you're taking offence to. Every thought of standing up for you own beliefs instead of somebody elses?

Of course. While his celebration gave me a nauseating sensation in my gut, I don't have any issue with him for it. Most on your board should be calling him a classless prick though <ok>

It was only a goal celebration, it's not like he was running into a school play ground like that was it..?

I once dropped my shorts in Berlin when I knocked a lad out in the ring, I suppose I'm a classless prick as well..<ok>

True, I'd hate him if I was a Sunderland fan. Always turns up for this game but never any other, heartless. Quite a few players like that in our squad too but they never turn up for the derby either!

Absolutely not Joe, I have no issue with his celebration whatsoever. However, every single member who criticised McClean on this thread should come on and either apologise or slate Johnson too.
