It'll be interesting whether Poland sit back a bit more now, knowing how damaging for them conceding a second could be. Give one goal away fine, a draw will still be sufficient. But give that second goal away, and they'll need to score at least three.

On the flip side, for Ireland they can now leave the backdoor a bit more open if they like. They can now afford to concede whilst going in search of a goal, knowing that it wouldn't change their target of needing to score that goal.
