I agree it's far too early to judge Firminho but he hasn't looked decent so far, he's looked gash.

It's nice to have so many Dippers on the United board. You lot haven't visited for what seems like a year!

I usually like to have a look at other fans' perspectives. Often more interesting. Rarely post due to the inevitable 'you support a different club so we will disagree' thing. Big endless boring arguments.

But when you sign the Messiah you have a duty to spread his gospel :)

I had never seen Firmino play before he came to your place but had him in my FF team, he scored me a **** load of points with goals and assists so must have some talent.
I have seen Can and Sakho play in the PL for over a year now, if they have talent they hide it well.
 
@Master Yoda is a pretty decent poster tbf.

I dont think Firmino has looked that impressive but all Liverpool players including Firmino, Markovic and Ibe can be better judged playing under Klopp than Rodgers. Having said that, there'll be some who will be shipped out by Klopp and those CBs wont get much better.
 
To be fair he's no mug. He'll have looked at the Liverpool squad, discussed transfer budgets and strategies with FSG and considered what is realistically achievable.

He'll then have thought, **** it, they're prepared to pay me 6million a year, I'm ten times the manager Rodgers is and only the deluded can call 5th place a failure.

You mean the back 4 that kept one of the best defensive records in the league last season and that your superdooper attack only managed to score 1 goal against last season? Yep you're a fanboy alright <ok>
 
One for Astroklopptard...

Klopp is only the second German premier league manager. The only previous German coach was Felix Magath, who also won more than Klopp in Germany. And did a cracking job for Fulham when he arrived. Just like Klopp will at Liverpool :)

Magath was a good manager (in Germany), but the PL is a very hard league to get used to as many managers and players find out.

God knows what you think of Mahrez...

Have to say Sakho is a player you have to really watch... looks like he's playing on ice but really is a top defender. Pity he picked Liverpool!

Can has huge potential... Needs a season at CM but the edge that special players have. If we can tap his potential we'll be lucky. Typical us if we don't and ruin his career.

Firmino will come good... it's typical rodgers he was handled badly despite injury. He will become crucial for us or another team. Markovic should still be here... Ibe is nowhere near ready... our centre back pairing is awful because of skrtel and the lack of any midfield cover. Sakho is the business... but skrtel is dash and lucas is just above PL average.

EDIT - can barely see im that drunk... forgive any corrections<doh>

Mahrez has been brilliant so far (though a little greedy).

Can needs a rocket up his arse to get him moving, he is great at pointing and waving his arms but has little affect on a game. Jimmy thinks he is great because he drives forward into acres of space then passes the ball to the nearest player when challenged (even if that player has two people marking him). Smalling does that for us (with more success) and he is a CH.

Sakho would not get into most PL teams, as a CH he is crap (he can make the odd decent pass though).

Can is waiting for a decent manager... who won't play him as a RCB.

Sakho you are very wrong on. Bias aside, very wrong. Would play everywhere bar City and maybe Arsenal.
