But some of those wins, could easily have been draws... the win against Stoke was won by a long range strike.. Bournemouth a dodgy goal and Villa well, 3-2 could easily be a draw.

As many have said though, it's not just the results.... no one has enjoyed watching us for a season and 8 games now. Last year, we were dull... this year, we're still dull. There is no excitement to our play.

Now whether the owners care about that is different matter, but to us fans, performance is more important than results a lot of the time. We all watch the game to be entertained, and us fans are bored with the way we've been playing and it's been that way far too long.

Also, 1 trophy in 10 years.... the LC should be a bloody priority because we should be winning things. Rest players for the Europa league... would you rest players for the CL? No... (unless you're Wenger). You play your best team in CL otherwise what's the point and the same should be in the Europa. What's the point of getting in it then not trying to win it... an extra 13/15 games to the season? So....? It's only 2 more games than there would be if you went all the way in the CL.

You win the game, then rest key players... or win the group and rest players. If we'd have won the first 2 games, you could win 1 more than start resting players... people should not be tired and need resting 5 -10 games into the season.

  3. Any appointment is a risk. Although I'd prefer Klopp (mainly because I think he'd be more entertaining and not take any bullshit), I don't actually mind who it is out of those two.

Watch us go and appoint Sam Allardyce now <doh>

this is the thing.. we're not doing awful, but obviously not great.. and performances have been the main issue.. but this is a chance to hire someone that is going to unite the fans and get excitement back into everyone associated with the club.

I used to keep them as pets, axolotl actually <whistle>

Cut off its leg and it grows back, we need a manager like that, one who has also managed in Europe's top leagues :bandit:

Or perhaps he can get something better out of Lovren as well? Good luck and hope you go far in the Europa and meet Spurs in the semis. Want Athletic to win that but don't think they will.

    Tadpole? Socking...

Axolotls are unusual among amphibians in that they reach adulthood without undergoing metamorphosis. Instead of developing lungs and taking to land, the adults remain aquatic and gilled

They're a not fully developed salamander

I don't think people would be unhappy with either though... maybe a preference but if the other got it, would still unite I imagine.

Now if someone else got it... different story lol.

I'm 'socked' by that news. Smug looking amphibian then. Don't suppose the dragonfly nymph {or great diving beetle - they're ace too} will ask too many questions as it devours the ****er.

Totally agree,we will all differ on who we would prefer for various reasons out of the two of them, but, none of us would be gutted if it was the other choice.

Anything but ****ing pullis though <laugh>
