Villa don't sell because the stadium needs massive investment and land is at a premium to really grow the club. And he was asking for £300million at one point.

    Awesome crack he'd been smoking.

So if you know he excists and you know who he is then you know he owns the club. Its his. He can do what he wants.

He can run it into oblivion. **** all anyone can do.

Maybe that fat **** in NE1 has offered him 2 billion to do that. Just for a laugh.

After all fat mike has much more cash.

What do you reckon we're worth ?

    squad - 30 m
    stadiujm - ?

really not sure how you would go about valuing a business that loses money every year since forever. Sure we (mags/villa/everton) have the fan base and history to be an exciting prospect for a saudi billionaire to come in and buy some success. Why hasnt it happened yet ?

Not that i'd want it too happen, hate the oil money ruining the game.

Christ I woulnd't know where to start mate, valuing the club.

We own the stadium and AOL and all the land, but the squad is a massive debt effectively, massive salaries on contracts.

He'd want his money back, and I guess he's in for about £80 million or thereabouts.

I'm not saying anyone can do anything am I? Don't know why you're getting a bee in your bonnet about things nobody has said. Not wanting him here and being deluded thinking we can oust him is completely different. I slot in the first category of not wanting him here.

Not sure why you're repeatedly stating the obvious.

The Academy will be our biggest assets I would have thought. Top catagory, state of the art, fully owned, a huge site.

Short will probably go, but that is not necessarily a good thing. I am out in China in 2 weeks working with one of Shorts mates so will ask what the general feeling is.

Unless someone with massively deep pockets comes along, I mean massively deep pockets then its not going to change much.

The club is probably worth about 250 - 500 million. That's what I would say the worth of the brand / advertising / sky money is worth. There is no net profit according to the accounts so its all about the brand and how the market value of the club will increase with larger TV revenues, further global reach and what that is worth to sponsors and advertisers.

Looks the bees knees mate. It's not just the facilities. It's got a built on nature reserve and water plant. All water that's used goes back into the nature reserve and any water needed is taken from it. Considering it's got upto 18 pitches to water, a Hydrotherapy area and a swimming pool, it's super economical.

Nee chance IMO. ONly worth what someone is willing to pay in truth.
Our brand is worth precisely **** all outside the north east, we couldnt even sell out a small ground in SoCal, an area full of expats. Tickets were only $10 , friday night (iirc) and you got free entry in to the fair. Bonkers

You're still repeating the obvious. Go and nag somebody else will you. If I don't want him it's an opinion, I've not said at any point that I can get rid of him, I've not said at any point I can do anything about it. You are boring the ****ing life out of me here fella dragging me in circles over nowt.

Sorry mate, as much as i like Quinny, he was around for a lot of the dross we've been served up by so called 'Top' Managers. He's had his time, we need a strong footballing brain in the club.

Not sure if this is correct, surely we're worth more than this suggests?
