Here's a radical idea. I've said it before and I'll say it again. No manager can manage us until the rotten core is gone. Sack the f*cking players. Catts, AJ, Oshite, Crunchie head,, Seb n Fletch have all been here thru all them managers and they are all worse players than the quality we have just brought in. Sack them. Pay their contracts up but get the c*nts out of our club.

Im quite happy about this. I liked DA and appreciate what he did last season.
However I have always wanted a young British Manager who has a good philosophy. So if we get a young British Managee (in the form of Sean Dyche) I would be happy.

And that's the problem! Fletch is ok to be paid up as he is in his last year. Catts and Seb have 3 or 4 each! Aj is a high earner. Plus they all have some sort of resale value. If you bought a tv for £500 and then a 3D one came out which you bought. Would you then throw the old one away or would you sell it? Pointless simply getting shot especially as 2 of them are important to us IMO. None of us actually know what the issue is and we all speculate that it's those players. What if it's something else? I don't know what but I'm just playing devils advocate and thinking that it could be something else (probably isn't mind!)
I think Dyche could be a decent manager with a few more years experience under his belt but certainly not taking on the role in the perilous position we find ourselves in yet again.
Sam wouldn't have been my first choice either but at the moment he is the man we need imo.
And take the board with them. They`ve just given 4 of them new contracts.
Your right MCB I am speculating but that, once again imo only, appears to be the common denominator in all of this.
Surely Ellis wants the club to be doing better than it is. So I cannot blame him.
I fail to see who else PDC was referring to,and remember it was the players, led by oshea, who went to Ellis crying about PDC, that got him sacked.
I agree with you about certain high earners but what's the cost of relegation as opposed to paying them off?

Big Sam would. Not my choice but I am sure he would make certain demands of Ellis prior to accepting. Basing that on the assumption he is considered for the job.
If we go for Pearson, arrogant tw*t, or Dyche it would seem to me ES is quite content to survive in the EPL on minimum outlay.
