"You don't know what your doing!"
Heard it sang plenty of times,in numerous places, never known a situation where it is so apt.
FFS, pick a system, get the players used to it, when that happens you can then tweak with it for specific games.
Switching it every game, and even during the game is obviously not working, with so many new players each season,it is asking too much to get them to integrate with each other and numerous different systems.

Another utter tosh result from our joke team led by a manager who has lost the plot.

Rodgers dreams of a flexible squad who can play multiple positions...this is the dream and he aint going to change. Unfortunately, his players have zero confidence

You should obviously be beating them at home, but I think the Swiss league is a lot stronger than people tend to give them credit for, and it was proved again tonight

Like I said, I count three times we changed formation in 90 minutes. Ibe as a LWB and a RWB, Can as a RCB and a CB. What is it all about? Is Rodgers trying to re-invent football here? I'm not coaching at the highest level, but SURELY the inconsistency in both play and performance stem from the inconsistency in our tactics, personnel and formations. I'd love it for Rodgers to prove every one wrong, but he is stuck in his ways, and instead of reverting back to what has worked for him he's chopping and changing hoping to miraculously hit upon a winning blend. Sorry, but you've had over 3 years now, this team should be settled, we should know our best eleven.

Sadly the one thing we do know now is that Rodgers isn't the man to take this team, or the club in general, forward.

We were never going to see our best XI with the derby three days away..........never mind injuries

If we cannot beat a team like Sion at home, what does this say about the status of our team? Sion are 7th in the Suiss league FFS.

The longer Rodgers stays the more difficult it will be for us to challenge for top 4. The players were like headless chickens. Where is the leadership? What system are playing? There were at least 3 changes to the formation during the match. Does he even know his best formation?

We go into the the game against Everton and we will focus on our performance. The players will look forward to it. I haven’t lost a derby yet and they are always good games. We are point behind Everton - I know the media and written press will build the game up but we will stay calm. I am immensely enjoying the job, it is a great challenge and it is a rebuilding job again.

Seriously Brendan?
