I never understood why Nige acted a twat when faced with a microphone or camera, as you say, he was very amiable in person.

As far as I'm aware, Sunderland and Brentford are owned by individuals, Leicester by one family, I'm not sure about the others.

Yea it's a racist term. The name will be changed, either he will do it or the next owner will. They have already lost their copyrights to their logo and name, most sports reporters will no longer say their name, charity's have been refusing donations from the team etc. It's not some vague PC issue, it's a racist term, and has been for forever.

Arsenal have Kroenke (majority shareholder),Usmanov and Moshiri. Man. U has the Glazier family amd WHU have Sullivan (maj.holder), Gold and CB Holdings. Swansea have 5 shareholders including. Supporters Trust (20%).

Not entirely certain but would seem so. The glazers is a family holding with 90% of the shares held by 6 children after the father's death.I think the point being made earlier was about stability of ownership of one person compared to several owners who may fall out.Having family ownership more stable than business partners?
