It's generic ****e, shifting between "Fans" and "supporters", it makes no mention of the section (or "area") in question - which you would expect, and if it was really written by an employee of Celtic FC then he's an illiterate imbecile who also moonlights as FLO at Stockport County
I got a letter from Celtic a few months back (Not about my personal Hygiene) and I can assure you the letterhead and footer were nothing like that Phtoshopped garbage.
The supporter liaison officer is called John Paul, what more proof do you need that it is real, you smelly taig ****s!

Have you ever sent anyone a letter? I have, and I find it helps to have a return contact address, email, or a telephone number so the person receiving said letter knows who it's from.

No signature, contact address, email, or telephone number, no footer or header, just a Jpeg on the top right of the letter.
