I was going to guess the fat guy playing the bagpipes. (for some odd reason Americans all think they are Scottish and/or Irish... Or "scotch Irish" as they say)
It is 300 years old. It actually looks rather smart in there now the painting's all but finished. The walls are white and the woodwork has been glossed black. She's leaving the window frames white. It's a bit like a wine bar

I know that. Not sure what that has to do with my question about African Americans thinking they're Irish/Scottish.
