What makes this case different than the above is she lied about her sex. In the eyes of the law that's not supposed to make a difference. Sex, like hair colour or penis length is just a metric.

I think what got this woman arrested when the ginger or 8inch willy guy wouldn't have is "ew homosexuality" mentality. Just a theory. Wasn't there to witness, but that's my suspicion.

It's already come mate, in the US now, in colleges if you are a dude you better get a consent statement signed by her and you and witnessed and even recorded, and I am not joking.

1) how do you prove it.
2) if you give consent, you give consent. You can't take back consent after the fact because you were ill-informed.

If I have sex with a girl and later find out she's a psycho and a nag can I charge her with rape?

I didn't know she was a nag until after we had sex... I wouldn't have had sex with her had I known. Throw her in jail.

Tell that to Ched Evans.. he was given consent but the court decided because yer one had a few drinks she was not responsible for her own actions apparently.

I have mixed feelings about the "drunk consent".

If a man tricks a girl into getting drunk to prey on her: that is rape.
If two inebriated people hook up at a pub, that's not rape.

In context; if I smash someone's car in whilst drunk I am responsible for what "drunk me" does and would have committed vandalism.

If drunk me consents to sex with someone I would rather otherwise not have sex with. I am responsible for drunk me's consent and she would be responsible for drunk her consent.

The only time it should be treated as rape imo is if I were to trick someone into getting drunk to gain consent I knew I otherwise would not get.

There was no trick with Evans. She wasn't that drunk. All the evidence came from Evans not her, because Evans got consent he thought he was good to go, apparently that's not how it works and his honesty were the nails in his coffin
If a chick gets slaughtered and then shags you, her consent can legally be considered not legit depending.. but if she gets slaughtered and gets into a car and drives and gets caught, she is then 100% responsible for her actions.

Not quite right. She couldn't remember giving consent and he was jailed because she may not have knowingly consented. That case was a ****ing disgrace and was only brought to court because of his status. If that had been Frank and Bill a couple of brickies from Wigan banging the bevvied bird it would never have got to the ****ing desk Seargent let alone the CPS

All you do as a guy in that case it turn around and say sorry officer but I was drunk and I never consented to have sex with her.

If neither of you consent they'll have a hard time trying to find one of you guilty and one of you not guilty.
