Ta, but. . . . . I have one (pos two) trips to this ship to finish these tables, me and a mag, and there's no chance am I taking a cushion.

Oh, I get you. a macho thing with a mag mate, right? Then maybe I was the wrong guy to advise you. Best wishes with your problem

Chairs for a student bar that look like they've been puked on, today.
Hate students, me.

There's probably a good reason why they look like that mate sorry to say. I remember my student union bar, literally everything was sticky to the touch, rank but a good place to hook up as long as you didn't end up stuck to the wall or something.

Back on that damn ship, tables again, not so zonked this time.
Finished the day with a job in magland (heaton?) for a friend of a friend (both mags), there for an hour and a half and not a hint of a coffee - tight tw@t!
Had to park in a pub car park to reach the house, and I don't think any of the locals had ever seen a man with a toolbag before the way they were gawking.

Hiya Nathan. You've obviously mentioned before what you do on here, something about being being under a table.

Where the **** does a ship come into it?

The tables are in the passenger cabins on a ship.
Not particularly interesting I admit, but I'm finding it quite helpful to rant away about the crap bits at work.

Covering trapezoid shapes that fit together to make star shapes, today.
Talk about tedious.
Back on ship to finish (hooray!) the table job tomorrow.

You manage to make your job sound even more boring than mine, and you work on a ship and I work in Finance! <laugh><laugh>

Glad it's coming to an end for ya mate!
