Nev popping out of the shadows to gently guide opinion...... Mmmmmmmm. Maybe the comments on here doubting your town status are accurate.... I'll quietly ponder this..... over some milk.
I am more than happy to have my innocence or not tied in with whether I am being truthful about my role. I genuinely am a vanilla townie.
Not guiding opinion - just quietly watching and making sure as much as possible has a light shone on it
@Albert's Chip Shop @Less Hope Than Neville I would just like to point out that "guiding opinion" is the point of the game. Whether town or mafia you're trying to help guide the town. As town, you're trying to steer people away from incorrect conclusions and logic fallacies. As Mafia, you're trying to guide the town towards incorrect conclusions. (or correct conclusions that don't negatively impact you). I'd be worried if Neville WASN'T trying to influence people.

If I get lynched notice who put me in the mix. Not sure who to vote for yet but I'm not gonna throw in a vote to even things up for the sake of surviving, if I die I'm not too bothered.
What does Obi being No Allegiance mean? Perhaps he could choose sides at some point later in the game. If there is only one mafia team (suggested but not proven by the low number of assassinations) then I would guess there is more than one with no allegiance. I don't know if they would count as a team with a QT board though. Obi's QT board comment was mainly a pedantic joke IMO but possibly true.
I take it mean Obi was given the goal of getting himself killed. A variant on the village idiot role (goal is to be lynched in set amount of time). He was neither mafia nor town. His win condition was independent.
