OK... I need to do some catching up again. RHC appears to be claiming to be a drunk. He also claims that Gerrez knows what his role is. Why would Gerrez know RHC's role?

RHC is the type that doesn't like to keep a secret. (see Cheese thread) - he wants to tell everyone everything he knows. Usually when he's town he blabs what his role is. In games I've seen when he's been Mafia he has bragged about being able to assassinate people. For now, I'm going to assume RHC is telling the truth. If he is, why would Gerrez know his role? That doesn't make sense. Of the two I tend to believe RHC (because he doesn't typically bluff- he just announces what he is). This doesn't make Gerrez guilty. RHC is probably also just wrong about Gerrez knowing his role. Or Greez is just being an arse to RHC and they're both drunks.

I think it's highly possible there are multiple drunks around and they will at random spot each other out and about each night. Astro may just have been a drunk too for that matter. He did have lots of alcohol on him.

Mikey, as Mayor, probably had a similar role to Medium in the last game, that's probably why he jumped on Neville when Neville announced he was a vanilla townie. There probably are no vanilla townies. Yes, I know that's effectively admitting I have a role. I do, but it's a very minor one. I suspect that everyone has a role. Remember how long night took last night? IBWT was busy! Most are probably minor, like the drunks. I suspect the drunks ARE the vanilla townies this game.

Does that make Neville guilty? Not necessarily. A high ranked townie could just as easily bluff and say he was vanilla (to avoid mafia hits) as a mafia don. That said, when Neville and Tobes were leading there was a mass exodus to Obi. What if they were both Mafia.

Back to RHC:

This phrase is interesting. Again, something I don't see RHC making up- it's out of character for him, another reason I believe him (or if he's lying part of team and was told to say that). If that phrase is true- it makes me wonder if Bobby has that phrase too?

@BobbyD can you tell us if your "drunk description" contains something similar in it's wording. If Bobby's says something similar it means RHC and Bobby are both innocent- or both in cahoots. It also would tell us if we should take the search on Astro to be 'gospel' or if it could potentially be all wrong.

Run down on characters:
Astro - I remain suspicous of Astro. Partially because:
a) we know he has a role. He was out at night. (although as stated above, I think everyone has at least a minor role- and Astro could be another drunk, a PI, a SK, or anything with his inventory).
b) Astro would be on the shortlist of people who would take out Tobes day 1 as a serial killer

AFC - I don't really have much to say on AFC at the moment, I need to look back at what he's said to ascertain. If I recall he did jump on Obi even after Obi seemed a certainty. Didn't seem to want to leave it to coin toss.

ACS
a) ACS seemed to jump around his votes a lot. A move that looks very suspicious. Something he did last game when he was guilty. I've not played any games with ACS and this may be typical behavior for him- his actions look suspicious though.
b) Like AFC jumped on Obi even after he seemed a certainty. Didn't seem to want to leave it to coin toss.

Magic - Magic always says the bare minimum which is worrying because he can slip under the radar easily.

Milk - No point analysing myself.

Obi - Dead (No Allegiance) - Was giving off guilty signals but it appears this was all on purpose. Well played Obi! <ok> I don't think voting for Obi was suspicious but I was worried we were hitting a townie last night when SO MANY people voted for him.

Tobes - Dead (Mafia) - I didn't really see much suspicious in what Tobes was doing and would be surprised if he was taken out by a vigilante. It would be reckless of a vigilante to take out someone on so little evidence. He also doesn't strike me as an obvious mafia hit. I think he was taken out by a serial killer.

Mikey - Dead (Town Mayor) - Mikey's death again, no reason a vigilante would take him out. This was the action of a SK or a mafia hit. It could have been Tobes, it could have been a rival mafia team. I think Mikey knew some or all the roles. I think he knew some people's roles. I think he knew Nev wasn't vanilla townie.

Style - I've not really payed much attention to style yet, I need to go back and re-read.

Nev - Nev had the 'Vanilla Townie' quip. He also seemed to get everyone vacate his vote in the dying hour. He is not Vanilla townie. Bad or not, not sure, I'm beginning to lean to bad.

Valley - I've not paid nearly enough attention to analysing Valley. He's been pretty quiet (but he was last game too). I need to go back and skim yesterday looking for Valley comments.

Bobby - For now, I tend to believe Bobby. There would have been no reason to come out and say what he did if he was Mafia. As I said elsewhere, I think the drunks may be numerous in this game. If he can confirm or deny what RHC said about the role "sometimes being wrong" that would be fantastic.

Lucas - Lucaaas is a clever boy... devious too- he's another one that tends to be too quiet to adequately judge. Can't take this as good or bad, it's just his style. He usually has some good theories- it would be nice to hear them instead of him being quiet.

RHC - I tend to believe him simply because he has a hard time keeping secrets (he's probably already told Nick what he want's to do with Fiona's bottom) - RHC is a straightfoward guy who says what he means. He's not really the devious and secretivly plotting type. Bobby confirming or denying the phrasology of the "drunk role" could go a long way to help confirm this.

Gerrez - I'm highly suspicious of Greez at the moment. That's in part because I think RHC is innocent, and as Astro said yesterday, it's likely one will enter from each side. Gerrez has also been blowing a lot of hot air. Gerrez, (and RHC) can you explain exactly why RHC thinks you already know his role- and does he know yours?

I am a townie with no special role or power. All I can do is vote.

For what its worth, Mikey never challenged that fact - Obi did. But then again, Obi was trying to be lynched - which means I'm not sure he has disappeared from this game yet - tho Biscan hasn't said anything to back that up, so maybe it was another reason Obi needed to die.

There are two players disappearing under the radar at this stage - Style and Valley. Doesn't mean they are bad though.

ACS isn't being his usual random self - but he wasn't in the last game either. so perhaps this just reflects a different approach to mafia games rather than indicating guilt.

Gerrez/RHC - very little to read yet.

Bobby's list seemed too random to be made up - does he have some sort of investigator role that is deliberately unclear due to being a town drunk?

Lucaas - Don't know - but leaning towards innocent - don't know why though.

Milk/Magic/Astro - leaning to guilty - but doubt more than 2 out of the 3 can be.

I know his role because he bloody told us <laugh>...

Morning all. Well I've been MASSIVELY type-cast (Biscan is a **** <laugh>). I'm pretty much a townie but I see things that others don't. However, due to my condition, I'm never sure if it's actually happened or not. However, I'm certainly more useful to the town alive rather than dead. I may be able to uncover certain things, but I'll have to be careful and try to ensure that what I've seen actually happened due to my inherent issues. My name is Dick Bohn (see Cheese thread for clarification <laugh>

I vote Greez <whistle>

Okay, so RHC is claiming a town role. That highlighted bit fits in with RHC's lifestyle; the town drunk! Would Biscan be that obvious? <laugh>

Also, since Bobby has claimed this role already, could we have two of them? I doubt it. If we've not got two then I'd say Bobby is the one lying, RHC doesn't know how to lie or be quiet <laugh>

As soon as I made my first post on joining (you quoted it), Gerrez called it exactly right and then voted for me, but he shifted his vote later on.

Re-read through everything looking specifically at those who I didn't have anything on.

Lucaaas and Valley seem to be toying with each other as if on the same team and bluffing to be against each other. Neither have said anything condeming or really earth-shattering. Wouldn't be surprised if they are on the same side.

Style hasn't said much incriminating but hasn't really put many theories forward. Seems to be flying under the radar. Same with Magic.

Hard to really judge any of the four above based on their comments- so nothing new.

Re-reading everything and ACS looks guilty as crap- seems to jump on whoever is leading the vote too. I'm not convinced on Nev and will probably change if someone slips up- he doesn't have a vanilla townie role though- I'm almost certain of that.

Fair enough. So you're saying the vote on him was a joke?

Read back, it was blatantly a joke. Style said we should be looking at last nights votes, the only person other than me that didn't vote last night (because we weren't in the game) was RHC!

Right, back later, got a 2pm meeting.

(reason I didn't initially sign up is because I have a lot of meetings this week, plus I was meant to be on leave yesterday)

Cheeky bastard.

I don't knee jerk.

Not reading anything into this yet - just noting it to remind myself for future reference...

In all the jumping back and forward of the last page or so both Milk and ACS have quietly slipped off Astro. Probably means nothing but we'll see.

For the record. I'm not 'off Astro' he's still a concern of mine. I was Trying to tie up the vote. I'm not going to flip flop my votes around but nor am I going to let a single candidate get way ahead again tonight.

I'd put Astro/ACS as candidates for SK. ACS probably isn't in a team or his teammates arnt reigning him in. Astro could just be a drunk as 'lots of alcohol ' implies.

For the record I'm not sure if you are guilty or not... Just dishonest about your role. :p
My vote probably won't be on you later.
