I understand fans frustration and you probs would think I would be first to do this but abusing players on social media is ridiculous. I think Lovren deactivated his instagram as well. As you all know, I'm very critical of the team but I would never actually shout abuse or post abuse directly to a player. The last thing a sh*t player needs is abuse and criticism from his own 'fans'. You will get the usual muppet saying 'oh he's paid £60k a week so he should be able to take it'. Anyone who adopts that attitude to life, then I feel sorry for them because I wouldn't let anyone insult me for any amount of money.
Would never have pegged you as one to abuse players Jimmy. Now if our Brendan had a twitter account I'm not as sure
Left back is a problem position, were short of options. One or two injuries and we'll be seeing Kolo there
Completely agree, people kill themselves over this ****, just because you earn millions over the years doesn't mean you are immune to feelings. ****ing can't stand social media to be honest, bunch of cowards abusing people behind a keyboard, extremely sad for the human race in general!
The way they described it on Sky it is a loan on the understanding that Villa will buy at the end as part of the deal. Sounds compulsory.
And yet we keep lovren. Jesus Christ, this is comedy at its best. Really disappointed with this news.
Re the de Gea sitch, although it's comical the way they've handled it fair play to utd for sticking to their guns and not letting RM force a deal through just bcos of who they are Compare with Suarez a couple of years ago ... we handled it better by saying to him you're not going anywhere son and by saying do one to all the interested clubs - Arsenal, RM, Barca But the principle is the same, one of not allowing yourself to be pushed around and bullied by another club when the transfer doesn't suit you, there aren't any principles left in the highest level of the game anymore, it's about time clubs started to claim back some power over players, agents and money
Utd reckon they weren't responsible for the deal falling through, so its down to Madrid(if the mancs are being straight)in which case Utd never stood up to Real. Probably more a case of their owners pandering to their fans reaction at the weekend which consisted of them letting Real know they were happy with Navas and they didn't want the club to sign De Gea. The end game after the summer long transfer saga's between Real and the mancs shows the Spaniards came out on top big-time, Ramos and Benzema(reportedly on Utd's summer shopping list)stayed and they kept a decent keeper who will either make way for free signing De Gea next summer or make the Real number 1 shirt his own on a permanent basis. Man Yoo got to retain a keeper who's head is ****ed, has been dropped from the first team and is on only £35k after helping his club to make millions in a top 4 finish and a place in the CL. Oh and an unknown kid wit a not very good scoring rate for £58m(add ons included) Well done LvG and Eddy Woodward.
It looks like Berahino may have found a worse agent than Andy Ward... At least ward actually got his client the move he wanted after burning his bridges at the club. Berahino Has said he's not playing for the club again... But is stuck there at least 4 more months
BTW no way in hell De Gea will dare step onto the picth for Man Utd again with only £35k * 40 weeks = £1.4m to retire with if he is injured Best case scenario for Man Utd is he signs a new 4 year contract for £200,000/week and £0m release clause so he can leave for Real Then at least they might get another few games out of him
Utd's new youth player hardly got a mention. http://www.skysports.com/transfer/n...ited-sign-newport-county-teenager-regan-poole The fee seems right for a promising teenager with potential, well done Utd for paying the going rate.
You do know a major part of those "add ons" is based on him winning European footballer of the year, in which case he will have been a bargain Madrid now have a very disillusioned first choice keeper who they forced to become a make weight in a deal for a player they couldn't even be bothered to send the paperwork for. David's head w2ill be fine once he signs his new £200k/week deal. You are sounding more and more like Astro every day with the wishful thinking
And you are looking more and more like UIR every day, desperate to show Utd, LvG and Woodward have all been doing a great job and are immune from any wrong doing or **** ups.
What's funny about the Mancs is on their own board they are in total #meltdown about how embarrassing their club is and how ****e Van Gaal and Woodward are Then they come over here and try to put on a brave face Hello, we can see you posting over there
Such as? please don't say di Maria, not even God could have known how that would turn out (or Brendan)
Pedro, wouldn't pay a couple of mil extra for a player guaranteed to enhance Utd's first team yet spunked mega millions on a kid with.....??potential.
