The survey at the bottom of this mirror summary is alarming. Man City spend 100m so 40% decide they've had the best window. What garbage, Palace for me have made the best signings, Stoke done well too. We got good in's but our outs were too important to the team to call it a good window.

In my opinion:

Good window - Us, Stoke, Liverpool, City, West Ham

Reasonable to good window - Spurs, Palace, WBA, Newcastle, Utd

Average window - Chelsea, Bmouth, Swansea, Villa, Sunderland, Everton, Leicester

WTF were you playing at window - Arsenal, Watford, Norwich

Good window - Us, Stoke, Liverpool, City, West Ham

Not so sure about the hammers, although exciting for the fans, four players coming in on the last day of the window screams of desperation, or to a lesser degree of being very disorganised. Just my opinion.

I don't disagree with that. But ultimately, that doesn't change what squad they have. They now have what they have. And I would say that not only is it sufficient to keep them in the PL (which is massively important for them going into the Olympic stadium next year), but probably gives them scope to mount an attack on a top ten finish.

A poorer window for them, and the likes of Stoke, Palace and Newcastle would have comfortably finished ahead of them, in my view. But now I'd back them to compete. Just as long as they don't lose Sakho to injury (Jelavic is probably the one transfer window let down for them, a rubbish signing).

I would be surprised if other fans thought we had a good window. They would probably focus on our out goings and in their eyes our lack of adequate replacements

Personally I thought the window wasn't that good either and I look forward to the club proving me completely wrong again
