Yeh, just seen that! Should've checked myself <doh>

I'm just too worried about the thought of Fletcher not going to think straight!

I thought there was. Got £3.5m in me heed. Not sure where I got that from mind.

These windows have got me baffled with the different finishing times. I think there`s still a couple of weeks for loans.

They said on the radio that the Scottish window closed last night - no bank holiday up there.

Unless it`s a loan. Is the loan window still open for a couple of weeks?

Borini, Lens and Defoe all attacking from the wings or the centre. Giving them the freedom to move about. It's going to be fun and a hatful of goals.
Mvila and Toivy score 5 each and why worry about the defence.

According to Sky scotland remains open for transfers, it is still part of the UK. But they close at midnight tonight, not 6pm, so we could be shredding a few nails hoping Feltcher ****s off.

Agreed 100% mate. Defoe is a small compact striker (who has stayed injury free throughout his career) who is a natural finisher. He is still nippy over a short distance and has the frame and movement of the likes of Super Kev and Zola etc. What I'm trying to say is, you give him the opening and he will hit the target.

Watch him in every game he plays, he seems to be one step ahead of the killer pass almost every time.

If he was given enough chances he would be a 20+ goal a season striker ...no doubt about that !

Looking at where we are now, the only position we do not have cover for is LB.

We have players we could put there but apart from PVA, no proper LB.

One more player would make this a good transfer window. My choice, Alonso.

    John Stead
    lillian Laslandes
    Nicolas Bendtner

Are another 3 who were useless.

Then we loaned Patrick Mboma who looked awesome but would not sign him permanently.

Defoe 1 in 3, I will take that. Last season we could not score in a brothel. At least now if we go 1 down we are not out of the game.

Now time for a centre half and a full back.

Also work on getting Buckley, Bridcutt, Graham and Fletcher gone......

Bendtner was alright actually, just checked and he got 8 in 28 for us. He was a lot better at holding the ball up than anyone we've had since.

We have 4 centre halves so i don't think we will be in for another mate even tho all 4 are crap. For me it's a lb next and if we do get one then a big target man up front to lead the line.

I wouldnt let Rodwell anywhere near a starting place. I have no idea what he brings to the team.

I would play Larsson instead, and have Watmore and Gooch on the Bench.

Subs: Manone, Coates, Matthews*, Catts, Gooch, Watmore, Graham/Fletch

    *when fit

Lens needs to learn how to properly track back, something that Borini does/did already - so hopefully PVA will be less exposed if we play Borini on the left.

Will someone please, once and for all, explain just what the hell he DOES DO!!!

I see nothing from him that warrants a place in any football team, never mind ours!
