    It should be, where else would you get a proven striker like Jelavic for £3m?

    It should have been at least 7, there's no way we should have made a loss.

    I thought the bid didn't trigger the release clause for Jelavic but we wanted him out to get his wages off the books and also remove a disgruntled player from the squad

    Hopefully the silence is a good sign re outgoings but I suppose anything could happen over the next 8hrs. Daws, Diame, Davies, Huddz, Elmo. Lets see what happens.

    Good luck to the guy, but I think it has shown how pathetic some of the player's professionalism has been since dropping a division. Truly a disgrace.

    I'm glad the Jelavic deal has been done early. Bruce now has the option of replacing him or keeping with what we've already got in the club
