De Gea staying at Utd! Maybe, could be just trying to dramatise it out a bit, but that's the current end to SSN's transfer section.

If I was a Utd fan I wouldn't be too happy with LVG, according to reports earlier in the day, DeGea was offered a new contract in April, but LVG stopped it because he wanted Navas, the player who was part of the deal from Madrid. Plus he seems to have less ideas about strikers than we do.
 
I often wonder why Sky listen to anything Guillem Balague says. He reported this as a done deal on SSNHQ around 7pm so Sky ran the story. Now he's saying Man Utd didn't send the paper work in time (despite Man Utd having proof they did). He just makes things up in the hope it'll be right and Sky happily run along with it.

It's not as though he has a track record either. He was reporting Benzema to Arsenal was nearly done earlier in the window and Ronaldo was going back to Man Utd - both were incorrect too. He was reporting Ronaldo as leaving Man Utd in the three transfer windows before he actually did.

He just makes **** up. Half of Twitter is more reliable.

I noticed Michael Turner has been loaned from Norwich to Sheffield Wednesday. His career never really went anywhere after he left us - I wonder where it all went wrong.

Sky Bet have suspended betting on the future of Aaron Lennon with Everton reportedly close to re-signing him.
