    In the wc he was good on the ball but i didnt think he was all that in pens. I know costa rica won one (but think only 1 wqs saved ) and dont remember many dutch onea being saved . Good shopper though

    I heard this too. I hope it's true and the situation is resolved. I do rate the guy. His experience is unrivalled in the Prem, and is akin to what VDS brought to our defence. An underrrated keeper who's first couple of season seems to be what he's judged on, unfairly considering how good he was after that.

    Just couldn't remember.

    In any event Utd needed the extra keeper so they have got competition for the slot now they were not getting having 5 keepers but only one to play.

    Now with 3 and 2 to really pick from... That's better

    So De Gea's Real move is off because they sent the relevant papers one minute late.

    The mancs are claiming some kind of moral victory over Real, but Real will get him for **** all in a few months.<laugh>

    You or Diego need to explain to Smith the consequences of the De Gea move collapsing, he's just posted "that'll teach Real not to play mind games".

    Utd are lumbered with a player on good money who will be basically an outcast at OT and will move to Madrid in may for nothing.
