Neil Lennon is a Catholic, Republican and ginger. He grew up on the mean streets of Ulster where he had to endure RUC death squads, IRA *****phile rings and constant bombardment from the British army.

Alistair McCoist grew up on a middle class housing estate in East Kilbride where the most dangerous thing he had to deal with was a multitude of roundabouts.

So relatively speaking McCoist probably had more to deal with through his managment tenure than Lennon as he was less equipped to deal with such stress.
