Was a lovely move and pass...i take it that didn't end up a goal?My mate (who is fairly sane) said he had another good game<ok>

For you, it's probably the way you would have liked things to have been 3 year ago. Better to have young players with heart, as opposed to shysters with none.
Amen sister

Shows what ****e mcmoist got away with ...

A lot of the stuff McCoist did was awful. At the same time no other manager at our club had to face the pressures he was under. I've said it before, but under normal circumstances neither he nor Neil Lennon would have survived their first seasons if not for external influences.

I was thinking about him yesterday and compared to some of the other charlatans we have paid money out to over the past four years I don't begrudge him his money even if he wasn't the most able manager. He kept things going and did try and protect his players (****e though some of them may have been). Ultimately though someone with McCoist's temperament is much best suited as an Assistant rather than manager. You can't be their friend and their boss.

It's probably fashionable to denigrate him now particularly as Warburton seems a far shrewder proposition, but even now with the names like McMoist and Sally it reminds me of the fear of the Celtic fans every time he pulled on a blue jersey against them. I was there and it was palpable, despite whatever desperate revisionist bravado today's fans come out with. So says the guy who made up a wee cartoon of him on your matchday thread<laugh>

Wow Mo sees me as a mentor and an inspiration. I'm welling up here.WATP.

You knew that McCoist would score against Celtic ... he was a wee fanny and loved scoring against Celtic. Even worse was when he was a super sub under Souness... we'd think we were in with a chance and then Sally came on and ...boom! Goal!

Wee dick.

But as a Manager ... I psihed myself laughing. Yes, he had to put up with some amount of boardroom ****e but doesn't distract that he was a terrible coach and went down the wrong route when you started in Division 3 ... and he was paid far too much to do so.

We all know why he was paid too much <ok>

Aye lets compare what Lennon went through to what McCoist went through <laugh>

Didn't read further than that.

Fud.

What did Ally have to encounter that would have an impact on his job?

And less the attempt at patronising stuff, its boring.

Poor **** had to scrape by on £800k a year. The "Young" Manager also had Zero pressure on him because the Media were unwilling to criticise anything he did. He got an easy ride until the moment he was put on Gardening leave.

On the same scale of what Lennon had to endure.

Poor Ally :(
