How is this relevant to saints at all. We have a complete different team with different abilities that aren't suited to this system. It's ridiculous to say because one club has beem successful with a formation then it is or even can be good for another club.

Just pointing out something you probably missed. Questioning your assumptions in other words.
 
I like the fact that we are winning the second balls like Saints of old, but please don't keep giving them too much space on the edge of the box when they are attacking :s

I'm aware that this formation has been successful for other teams, as have most formations over time. It's the fact I am yet to see us play well using this formation under koeman. Tried it last season and vs Watford and has been poor.

We did quite well with it in January, where "quite well" equaled "entirely dominant" against a couple good opponents.
