    I was really embarrassed tonight to be a Newcastle fan.

    'If Sammy scores we're on the pitch' was funny, and was even more funny when so many stuck to their word. But to see NUFC fans fighting with Darlo on the pitch is shocking, and luckily many were arrested. However, after the game was worse.

    We were walking back to the station and many Newcastle fans(kids) were mouthing off, I really wanted someone from Darlington to start, and they did. Only one Newcastle fan stood up to them, his little mates ran a mile when they saw these big blokes. Really horrible scenes to see NUFC fans acting like that at a friendly.

    Its these bastards that make us regular travellers suffer in the long run, as we look like ****ing **** now. Darlo fans ran over from the far side of the ground to start things, so they are to blame for the fighting inside the ground, but outside, those little twats claiming to be Newcastle fans got what was coming to them. One got knocked out nearly, was horrible to watch, the police kept driving by all the trouble.

    Horrible to see at a Pre-season friendly, ****ing horrible!

    I wasn't there, gutted i wasn't though! It was a friendly so i suggest everyone just chill the **** out!! And it's a friday, which means weekend and booze <whistle>

    I'm not saying it's right though.

    Had you have been there, you wouldn't be chilled out. It was ****ing horrible. Not nice to see, hate supporting the same team as these ****ers.

    Security at the ground was shocking for a start! It was funny for about 3 minutes when they ran on but then everything just kicked off. Saw one bloke practically dragging his kids on and they cant have been over 5. Was happy when that prick got booed that hit one of the female security like, think thats when the 2nd invasion started. On the football i thought it was a poor performance but it was the first game back so we will let them off.

    Exactly! I may of had a different view of it if i was there in person but i wasn't and i've seen some of the dickheads we get, so i understand.

    Hopefully the media don't jump on this and we get some kind of repercussions, cos we are definitely the type of club the officials would like to make an example of, mint to see ameobi score tho!!

    They had to do something at some time. I just think they hoped they wouldn't have to be heavy handed at a friendly game.
