That's the job I'm hoping for, when my end of year review comes around. You've got to keep your dreams realistic.
Will be hiring a car in Italy at the end of August as part of holiday in Tuscany. Never done this before. Anyone got any tips, advice, experience etc as to who not to go with etc. Will be booking before go and have been reading up so do now have a bit of an idea.
1. Don't go with your wife and kids - pick up a young Italian hitch-hiker (preferably female) and make the most of your holiday. And don't worry its not illegal to have sex while you are driving in Italy. 2. Insist on driving on the left hand side of the road. We beat them in the last war and so they have no right to tell us we should drive on the right.

**** knows what i was writing, but it was funny at the time. No mags involved, we can have a good argument between ourselves.
Tuscany is lovely Sebb. We stayed in Florence but had a few trips out into the country. Was a while back mind, so not sure about advice. However, I can highly recommend the wine, the ice cream, the pizza, tiramisu, lampredotto, speciality breads, steaks, bean salads, Crostini Tuscana, Lardo di Colonnato(sp?), Catsagnaccio....ooh and then for main course I'd recommend. ..
Sebb, you gotta work your way through some of the fine Tuscan reds. Chianti and Montepulciano are a good starting point. Italians make the finest red wines on the planet.
Nev reommended the Tuscan Chianti, with some fava beans. Beast enjoyed when you have guests for dinner.
I'm glad the mackems have unbanned me from their board - I do love their meltdowns. They do it better than anyone and we could learn a lot in terms of providing entertainment. Indy crossed into dicey territory touching on the forces, they have **** loads of ex-servicemen I don't think there was much wrong in what he said unless I'm reading it wrong? He seemed to be saying not every serviceman is a hero or good guy. Just like any walk of life, some of them are bound to be ****s. Comm being a case in point
