Good test for us tomorrow? Really we should be beating these. I'm going for a 2-1 win for us.

We're looking at 7-8-9 million for Gray. This kid Afobe scored 13 in 21 for Wolves after buying him for ?? 2 million!! In January.
We cant exactly scout players on here but **** me he was on tv last year against Man U and scoring 2 goals in that romp, he scored 10 in 22 for MK Dons!! One look at him and he was obviously worth a punt at 2 million.

    Anyway

    Mcgregor
    Elmo Dawson Davies Robertson
    Odubajo Hudd Meyler Clucas
    Jelavic Chubby

I hope James Henry plays for them. Elmo tore him a new one when he played for Millwall in a 4-1 romp at our place.

I'm tempted to put Aluko in at LM? I havent seen the Huddersfield game so not sure really. Agree?
I'v'e read Jelly isnt interested. I cant believe that of him, hope its just a blip. Shame to sour his time with us.

Hayden for Meyler, although Bruce may well go for Meyler due to greater experience, and definitely Aluko or Luer in for Jelavic for me, Jela has looked far from interested up to now. We can't afford passengers.

It's a shame they don't have Elokobi anymore , I'd have loved to see Meyler square up to him. I think Hayden would be the better option, then bring Meyler on when they are tired.

Only a few nerves at the start, he grew into the game quickly.

How are you finding Bruce's tactics this season? No 3-5-2 you must be relieved!

Likewise with Jelly, a shame if he has got that kind of primadonna attitude but it could be he's still a bit wary of his knee. I'd go with your team and bring Aluko on again, no need to change last weeks winning formula.

I am, but I'm letting the football do the talking; against Huddersfield we looked so comfortable, it's obviously the better formation.

You don't have to drop him, as he didn't start the last league game. :p

Nervy start. Quickly started to control the midfield where possible in a scrappy game. Played the pass to Aluko in the second goal and made a great tackle when Huddersfield got down our right side. He'll have learnt much from that game about the likes of the sides in the Championship (as will Akpom) and will/should only get better.

Agree. Despite being a scrappy game, we never looked threatened. We looked a class above them despite never actually doing much in the game. Wolves will be a different opposition as they're expected to be well up there come the end of the season so we'll have to wait and see what tomorrow brings.

Afobe was in a similar situation to Akpom, ahead of his move to MK Dons he'd played loads of games on loan and barely scored. He'd cost as much as Gray now, if not more.

I agree, and it was his ball through to Jelavic which finally was put in by Elmo and Clucas scored.

If we win, we go top.

A draw can lift us to between 5th and 3rd.

A loss can drop us from 9th to as far as 12th.

I'm going. Said it on another thread but it feels too familiar. He'll pick all the players who've played 210 minutes in the week already, then say afterwards that he should have changed it up and he will do next time.

Wolves fans still think we play 3-5-2. Given they play a narrow diamond in midfield, I may have been tempted by 3-5-2 if I was SB.
