So according to this report the ref indicated to the medical staff to come on

Firstly, she wasn't standing there, waiting to come on. Have a look at the video footage.
Secondly, it's totally unacceptable to publicly humiliate an employee of your own company (who is doing a very good job) in order to deflect criticism for the failings of yourself or another employee.
Mourinho should be brought to book by the FA and FORCED to publicly apologise to the Chelsea medical team.
Football managers do it to their players all the time, I remember Hull being made to have their half-time team talk on the pitch, the only reason people are crying so much is because it's Mourinho, success always breeds jealousy. And what did he do exactly that was soooo humiliating? Did I totally miss something? did he pull her pants down live on TV? or did he call her a little naive? Seriously, the amount of fuss being made over it really goes to show how pathetic people are. You're probably making more fuss over this than you did over Jimmy Saville.
The only person who would humiliate someone like this is Maureen, it's not because he's been successful that people are criticising him, it's the fact that he has put this woman in an impossible situation, she has a professional obligation to give help to players on the pitch, if she refuses to do so she could lose her licence.
Maureen is putting results above the safety of players, his first obligation should be his players, if some of these players are trying to cheat then it is down to him to sort.

I'm not exactly defending him, I find him funny and think the EPL would be poorer without him, if only for the comedy value things like this provide. It's a typhoon in a thimble, it's quite pathetic the furore it's caused considering all he did was call someone 'naive and impetuous', especially when their retort on twitter shows them to be exactly that (that might cost her her job, digging at her boss on social media, very impetuous and naive). what I'm doing is giving the reasons why he does it, and you have hit the nail on the head in the middle of your post.

there was only one person who humiliated Chelsea and that was Mouriniho himself . His poor form has got to him and as he thinks he is never wrong then he is blaming anyone and everyone. Firstly the ref did call her onto the field of play. Are you suggesting that medical staff then look to their manager to get the nod before they go on?
Secondly, I can't believe your glibly defending Morihno by saying, 'its not so bad, she wasn't flogged to death'. No she hasn't been flogged or beaten so we should ll smile and say, well there you go, she's still alive so all is well.
Mate, your ignoring what actually did happen. Morinho, ridiculed a professional associate, called her naive, questioned her intelligence and character on LIVE TV to tens of millions of people watching which was repeatedly reported in the press to tens of millions more.

According to you though, all Morinho did was deflect attention away from a poor performance by his team, no harm there then? Would you be defending Sam Allerdyce, Alan Pardew or Mark Hughes (read the full list of prem managers here) for doing the same. Allardyce would be ridiculed as old school, sexist and expected to resign, Pardew would be expected to attend an anger management course and would be banned from the bench and Sparkey would be expected to attend over 100 hrs community service, and Morinho well, its ok, he's the special one.

I'm just failing to see why calling a physio "impulsive and naive" and saying she 'doesn't understand the game' is such an heinous crime considering her profession is medical. He hasn't once called her abilities as a medic into question, just her understanding of the game. The amount of vitriol he is receiving is a joke, it's simply because he's Mourinho. What understanding is there to be had, player goes to ground, ref looks over to bench and indicates that the medical staff is to attend the player. Doctor runs on pitch to do that. If she doesn't then she would be at risk of losing her licence.

If she has no understanding of the game, why does he have her anywhere near the bench in the first place. So he has to be to blame for her going on the pitch.
The only explanation for Jose's outburst other than being an out and out bellend is that he had told Hazard to go down 'faking' injury to time waste. The man is a pig, and I'd be happy to see him leave the PL.
