Answer this Big Em don't skirt around the issue please

The ref indicates the medical staff to attend a player that is on the floor, what is the medical staff supposed to do other than attend the injured player?

He made the comments and stamped his feet like a 2 year old on the side of the pitch. He brought the humiliation on him self. I accept that they are no longer pitch side, but he allowed it for that game, like his players he surely picks his touchline staff, only himself to blame. But then there are some people who only have 1 eye and can never see faults in their own. FFS man open your other eye.

Big Ern, I admire your tenacity in defending Morinho but, just like Morinho, you are failing to deflect away from the point of the thread which is: Chelsea, a red card and inevitably Morinho, its been interesting. Come back any time buddy. <ok>

So, here's my last input into this:

If someone called YOU "impulsive and naive" to your face, or within the confines of your own working environment or peers then, I'm sure you agree that, this would be acceptable. It is acceptable simply because each person involved has the opportunity to air their views, defend themselves or argue their case or point of view within the same forum.

However, even if part of your job is running onto a football pitch to attend injuries, you wouldn't expect to be exposed and castigated World-wide, via the TV and the written reports it generates, simply for doing your job.

But that's what Morinho did Saturday, he exposed his team of medics, whos role is not in the public domain, to word wide ridicule, by questioning their professional integrity and their abilities, not just to them and their immediate bosses, but to a captive audience world wide, numbering Jebus knows, millions and millions and m.........., an audience by the way, neither Fearn or Carneiro had any access to. They were unable to defend themselves or respond to the world who now knew them, but not in a good light. Imho, an obvious internal matter has been turned into a world wide press feeding frenzy by the inexcusable actions of an individual who lives in that world and so should know better.

This is my view on the entire episode:
Morinho appears to have a lot on his mind and was caught off guard when asked why he was throwing a wobbly on the touch line when he did. In a fit of pique he lashed out at his medical staff in a manner that, to me at least, shows he's lost his usual calm and inherent control and so reacted in a way un-befitting to him and his usual demeanor.

And the reason for this.......................... imo, he IS worried about how things have gone so far. No summer signings to gloat about, no wins all summer, failed to win first game in title defense, conceded two goals, conceded 15 shots on goal with 10 on target, for all the plaudits his side gets they only managed to score from flukes and they could easily have lost the game to a team, it would seem, Morinho barely gave a thought to before 14:30 on Saturday.

Cutting through it all, I think Jose is a worried man already and the thing that worrying him most is that even at this early stage, he believes that the title is Citehs' for the taking. Just what I think <ok>

Even the most knowledgeable Chelsea fans said it was a definitely sending off and Morhinio has lost the plot, Most Acknowledge that Swansea were the better team on the day and that Chelsea were very lucky to get a point....I would have respect for Morhinio if he showed some humility sometimes instead of blaming everyone else and throwing tantrums......He gave himself the nickname "the special one" so that shows his arrogance and Swansea showed him up to be NOT so special at all.....and so will many teams this season if he dont grow up...
