I think clubs challenging for league and champions league shouldn't go for loan moves tbh. Falcao made sense for Man U but not Chelsea and one of the last loans we had was Sahin who basically didn't fancy playing football.
I really don't like the idea of loaning someone in. Lukaku at Everton is a perfect example; had to pay out £28m to stands still!
I believe that the current rule is that you can only loan 1 player to a club in the same division.you shouldn't be able to loan to a team in your own division and have a limit on loaned out player-say 5- so you can't stockpile them at other clubs

Only loaning out 5? I don't know, that wouldn't benefit your young players who often need loan spell to get first team action. Don't we have more than 5 out on loan already?
How about only 5 loans for players over 21 or 23?
Adama Traore is back on apparently. As long as we don't play him against Burnley in an FA cup game would be a decent signing.
read today that Chelsea have FIVE players on loan at Vitesse Arnhem. that's Chelsea players not being coached by Chelsea and an unfair advantage in Arnham's league. can't be right.
Gets them EU citizenship though, if they are African or other.Won't count towards HG quota of they return to Chelsea
