What the **** is this doing on page twatting two? Based on the limited info I've had so far, it looks like win the toss and bat![]()

Might sound crazy after that, but I still think we demonstrated how strong we are in that first test. Bad day at the office but that today/yesterday is not a true reflection of where we are.
We had exactly the same thing against New Zealand where one bad test result spelled doom and gloom but this side proved they have strong character.
Strauss cant make everything perfect immediately but I have to hand it to him. He's done well to not allow this England side to break down mentally and resign themselves to failure after defeat.

A nice 200 run lead by the end of Day 1.. yeap, that'll do nicely!
Just watching the highlights. How stupid are the Aussies. You see the guy before you getting caught in the slips so you just copy him
try lesving the ball if it's outside off stump...

I'm looking forward to seeing us squash these ****ers today

I think we'll look to try and bat them out of the game with 1 innings. So they'll be aiming to add another 150+ to the board today.Whats the chances of it all being over today then? Or will England try to bat out the full day?

I can see us batting until the middle of the post lunch session and that'll leave us maybe an hour before tea and the final session to try and skittle them.
Personally I think we will see a fight back from the Aussies, they can't bat that badly twice, and I think they'll put up a respectable showing in their 2nd innings. It still won't make any difference though and the game will be over by the close tomorrow.

Did I mention them declaring?Depends what the ball is doing. If it's cloudy and moving a bit then I think they'll get bowled out for about 150.
I think england need to look at forecast, no point declaring if it's 25 and sunshine, might as well bat until conditions suit bowling then stick them in again even if they only have a lead of 300
